Lose Weight With These Three Methods

Almost anyone would like to drop some extra pounds without the long hours in the gym or the lousy diet. Since I know you'd like this idea, keep reading to learn three things you can do to shed some fat fast. When you're done reading, you'll realize losing weight isn't that tough.
1. Eliminate hunger.
The first thing you have to do if you're serious about dropping pounds is to find a way to not be hungry. It's simple, really - hunger = you eating too much, too often = you never losing any weight. If you can get full and stay full, you'll tackle this problem. If you want to not be hungry, but also keep your digestive system strong, be sure to eat foods that contain high amounts of fiber - nuts, seeds, lentils, peas, and the like.
2. Drink more water.
Believe it or not, you can lose at least 7-10 extra pounds just by drinking enough water. Know why? Your body wants to make sure you don't dehydrate, so if you won't drink that much water, the water you do drink gets retained in your body. Your body won't hoard water like this if it feels that there is an abundance of water. Your body won't feel the need to retain water if you're drinking roughly eight glasses of water each day.
I have found that people managed to lose a minimum of seven pounds once they started drinking more water! After you have been drinking more water for a few days, your body will get used to this and assume that it's always going to get a lot of water, so it will then quit retaining it.
But this is not where the many benefits of water end. Water also boosts your metabolic rate, which helps you burn fat and lose weight. Excess water also helps 'cleanse' your body. Doing this not only gets rid of all the 'junk' in your body and helps you drop a few pounds, but you're generally more healthy as a result.
3. Using a hula hoop.
Not everybody likes exercising, and using a hula hoop is a fun way to get moving. You'll be good to go with just one of those weighted hula hoops. Use that weighted hula hoop for a minute straight. You need to do this exercise for ten minutes everyday, but if you cannot do it all at once, don't worry. You can do it whenever you have free time.
If you do it only ten times per day, each time spending just one minute on it, you will be able to lose weight. Plus it is fun to do!
