A Vegetarian’s Guide To HCF Weight Loss

Many people have the misconception that the HCG weight loss diet is not for vegetarians. This is in fact not at all true. Vegetarians can easily leverage the benefits of this unique weight loss program by getting a little creative about what they eat during their meals. They have equal opportunity with respect to leveraging a success out of this diet as a non-vegetarian can.

Here are a few areas that need to be taken care of to be able to achieve success out of an HCG weight loss program –

4. Vancouver based HCG weight loss experts believe that the lack of adequate proteins in one’s diet can result in slowing down the rate of weight loss for any individual. This means, that if a non vegetarian is losing on an average of 7 pounds per week, a vegetarian may lose even less than 4 pounds.

5. There are many vegetarians who may not be consuming poultry or other meets but are open to the consumption of sea foods. Crab, lobster, prawns, shrimp, salmon and other fishes are also a great source for the necessary bodily nutrients.

6. If you are a strict vegetarian who doesn’t consume any form of meats, you can substitute your foods with fruits and vegetables that are listed on the accepted food list of the HCG weight loss program.
