It has been found that mud therapy is very useful in curing number of health problems as this therapy is traditional ayurvedic therapy in which different layer of mud paste are applied on individual's body for curing diseases.

Mud therapy is usually based on two principal elements prithvi(earth) and vayu (air). Since mud therapy is used from ancient times for treating wide rang of health problems however, it is found that number of people still shudder at the thought of applying mud paste on their body.
