Can a freelancer have the same access to excellent facilities which would be available to a remote employee? Would my work be better handled and in less danger of being stalled with a full-time virtual employee rather than a freelancer?

Since the design of a website plays a very significant role in attracting the right traffic to the website and generating revenues, it is essential that the right kind of person handles it.
