Author : Sara Gilbertson

Even if you can't completely prevent acne, it's very easy and possible to prevent the scars that come with acne. It is one thing to live with acne, and something else to have to deal with its scars after it is gone. You don't have to, though, if you can just maintain the acne treatment for a while, even after the condition is gone. The scars should begin to fade shortly afterward. To prevent the scars you simply ensure that you don't break or pop acne whenever they appear on your face. This is a very important tip that can help you prevent the scars far more than you ever thought possible.

You don't have to wait until acne is upon you before you begin to take measures to deal with it. Keeping your skin constantly clean is a good way to prevent the condition from happening to you. You know that if you never suffer from it at all, you are that much better than when it breaks out and you have to deal with it. So do it.

Acne triggers are all over the place and, judging from how many people suffer from the condition, easy to come by. But if you knew them, you could keep them in check so that they don't give you the disease.

Keeping a watch on your hormones might help you keep acne in check. I speak not of curing or treating it, but of preventing the condition. Talk to your doc about it; they will help you understand how that hormone imbalances can cause the disease, and how if you are able to maintain some kind of balance, you can prevent it.

Oil secretion, especially from oily skins will give you acnes for sure. But if you had your bath often, say twice or thrice a day, that should help. Also, you might need to apply something to your skin to keep it dry too. It helps to prevent the acne. As simple as this seems, it's a good way to prevent acne. Of course you can't prevent the condition completely, but this tip will help you prevent the kind of acne that comes about as a result of too much oil on your skin.
