Cure Yeast Infection -Safe And Effective Way To Overcome Yeast Infection For Good

Author : Tran Hai

A yeast infection basically is an infection caused by a fungi that is found in the digestive system, on the skin and in the vaginal area. Usually, yeast is harmless, unless it overgrows, and causes an infection, a condition referred to as candidiasis. In this article you will find fast remedies for yeast infection which include natural and home remedies that are cheap and easy to use.

Majority of women have this yeast existing in their vagina but usually in a harmless state. This is due to the presence of helpful bacteria that inhibit the survival of it. Certain chemicals found in the vagina also inhibit the growth of yeast. An thus occurs when the fungi multiplies and its concentrations become higher than normal. Yeast exists as spores. When yeast gets to the stage of causing infection, the spores germinate into fungus that spreads all over the vagina walls inflaming them.

There are various reasons why your vaginal acidic balance changes thus causing an infection. These include pregnancy, diabetes, menstruation, certain antibiotics, steroids, some birth control pills and moisture. All these factors promote yeast growth.

Also known as thrush and, although most common among women, thrush in babies is also not uncommon. There are a lot of home remedies for thrush and you could try using a home remedy like vinegar, or a home remedy with honey. A lot of women use a douche with yogurt or curd to treat the problem at home. A home remedy with vinegar, honey, apple cider vinegar, or a bath may also facilitate healing and relieve the symptoms.

SymptomsThe most common symptom is itching around the vaginal area. Other symptoms to look out for are redness, burning feeling and vaginal swelling, pain when urinating, pain during an intercourse, a rash around the vagina area and a thick whitish discharge that stinks.

Remedies

There is good news for women who want fast remedies for yeast infection. Better still, they are cheap, natural, long lasting and home remedies.

They include:

* buttermilk,
* yogurt
* vinegar
* garlic
* diet

While these remedies wok well, it is important to avoid eating foods rich in yeast like cheese, alcohol and vinegar among others. For yogurt, you can either eat it or apply in the areas affected.

If you suspect infection, stay away from deodorant tampons and sanitary pads. Stay away from sprays and other external agents that can be irritants. Also do not remain in wet clothes for a long time. Change into dry clothes and dry the affected areas before changing into new and dry clothes
