Say No To Dangerous Cosmetic Procedures: Try Facial Exercises Instead

Author : Hanna Ibes

It's the newest trend in anti-aging trends in the fight against the signs of aging: Lifting both the face along AND its features (lips, eyebrows, chin, etc.) which
can only be achieved by the top cosmetic surgeons at a price very few can afford. We have all seen results of cosmetic surgery ranging from "beautifully done" to "Oh my God I should never have gotten that 'Special Offer' where they throw in a FREE tummy tuck!"

Facial exercising was probably around in the Golden Age of Greece, so why at this time in history is it suddenly becoming mainstream? A lot has to do with the pressure put on everyone of all ages to look spectacular, which means no down-turned lips, no wrinkles, no frowlines, no double chin, no sunken eyes, no jagged jawlines and certainly no sagging skin. For the younger set, from teenagers to fast-track executives, the standards are even more rigid - no downturned lips, no chubby cheeks, no hidden-by-fat jawlines and throat - but instead a carefully contrived "careless look of the leisure class" with tanned skin, sun-streaked hair and chiseled, well-shaped faces and facial features. What are the options for achieving these ends????

Plastic surgery is certainly the first option to consider, but with the economy as it is the cost of a reputably and skilled surgeon is beyond the means of the average person. Cosmetics surgeons sprang up like mushrooms to fill a highly lucrative baby-boomer demand for anti-aging procedures. Unfortunately, all plastic surgeons are not equal and once serious damage has been done, it cannot be satisfactorily corrected.

There is another reason for facial exercise's new popularity: the invention of a method a dozen years ago, which included the highly acclaimed Flexaway System that cuts down the required time to just a couple minutes a day to achieve remarkable results beginning in as little as two or three weeks and has absolutely no negative side effects. Prior to the Flexaway there was facial yoga which was effective at lifting the face, but its detractors claim that it permanently damages the skin by stretching it.

The Flexaway System uses the principle of dynamic resistance to give all facial muscle networks a coordinated workout using the same principle of dynamic resistance used in good gym equipment.
