This 7 Day Belly Blast Diet program is not for someone looking to lose a limited amount of fat, nor is it designed for someone physically fit who's working on body sculpting. It's really designed for a person who enjoys eating and is unlikely to be able to stick to a regular diet because of time pressures or a simple lack of willpower. The seven day program includes days with limited calorie intake and other days with a great deal of food. The 7 Day Belly Blast is great for a person is searching for a way to reduce fat in a seven day period of time. The way the program tricks the body into avoiding a starvation response is brilliant as well.

Advantages & Disadvantages

Pros

One great advantage of the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet program is also its biggest drawback. By eliminating sugars and processed food, the program creates a detoxification effect in the body. This is great, but there are powerful sugar withdrawal symptoms in many people and detoxification in process isn't fun!

Cons

One issue a dieter might consider is a quick return to previous habits, and therefore previous weight.

The bottom line

Overall, though, the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet program is an excellent choice for a disciplined food lover with real motivation.
