Promoting Better Communication With The Speak Logic Project

The Speak Logic Project, a nonprofit organization based in Tucson, Arizona has introduced a new concept of application modeling from communication. The new concept introduced by this Project enables everything that people do or what we do to be viewed in term of communication. The communication of what people do is being viewed as a separate entity from the actual function that is executed, where that function itself is driven by the communication entity.
In order for people to learn the new concept introduced by this Project and get familiar with it, the principle about that concept must be learned fist and understood. For that reason, The Project has started with the following books.
1. Understanding the Principle of Communication or Identification and Correction of Error in Communication.
2. Application Modeling Tutorial in Communication Domain or Project Modeling Tutorial in Communication Domain
3. Communication Analysis Guideline or Project Analysis Guideline
Each book listed above from the outline, has its specific usage in term of learning the principle to help people think relatively to the new concept. For instance, the Understanding the Principle of Communication book or Identification of Error in Communication book is to be used to help people learning and understanding the principle of communication. From this book, the principle can be learned, where people can apply the understanding of the principle to execute their applications. The second book, which is Application Modeling Tutorial in Communication Domain or Project Modeling Tutorial in Communication Domain enables people to model their applications or what they do related to communications. The relationship between the first book and the second book is that from the first book the principle is learned and understood, where the learning experience is used in the second book to verify the understanding of the first book. The third book provided by The Speak Logic Project is the Communication Analysis Guidelines. The Communication Analysis Guideline can be viewed as Information Analysis Guideline or Project Analysis Guideline. From this book, users can follow a guideline to analysis people communications, information, and projects' communications. The term project communication is being viewed as communications of people in a project or our communications related to what we do.
In addition to the books listed above, The Speak Logic Project has also introduced several software titles to help users with the learning of the new concept and the analysis of communications and information through the usages of computers. Currently, The Speak Logic Project has 4 separate software titles.
1. Speak Logic Information Analysis for Microsoft Office
2. Speak Logic Information Analysis for Internet Explorer
3. Speak Logic Information Analysis Desktop
4. Speak Logic Information Analysis for Visual Studio
Each software title listed from the list above, has its own usage. The Speak Logic Information Analysis for Microsoft Office enables users to analyze information within Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Power Point. For instance, while a user is working in a document in Microsoft Word, that user can select a paragraph then analyze that paragraph. A user can also flag a sentence within a document and analyze that sentence later. Users can also analyze emails from Outlook and provide feedbacks to others. In PowerPoint users can analyze their presentations and provide feedbacks related to presentations.
This Analysis for Internet Explorer enables users to analyze contains from WebPages and websites. For instance, while a user navigates to a website, that user might not feel comfortable with the information in that website; the Speak Logic Information Analysis for Internet Explorer enables to analyze that information. Users can also apply contains of a website as feedbacks and provide feedbacks to other people related to that information.
The Speak Logic Desktop provides users the ability to analyze information from their own desktops. For instance, a user might receive an email from Outlook that's needed to be analyzed. At the time the user reads the email, that user may not have time to analyze the email. In this case, the user simply flags the email to analyze it at a later time. By using the Information Analyses Desktop, the user can identify from the desktop and analyze it anytime. This enables users to visualize information and analyze information in their own desktops.
The Project Information Analysis for Visual Studio enables users to analyze their codes and their applications inside Visual Studio. From Visual Studio, users can select blocks of codes and analyze them. Users can analyze specific functions inside Visual Studio. Users can request feedbacks and provide feedbacks to other users with specific blocks of codes and functions. The speak Logic Information Analysis for Visual Studio enables users to be more productive in their applications and get their codes and their applications work faster.
Systems requirement for the software are the following
1. Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server and.Net 4.0
2. 40Meg of hard disk to install and more to hold data files
3. Minimum processor speed 1Ghz
4. Minimum RAM 512Mb
