Besides, the users are being given incomplete information on the labels about the ingredients of these weight loss supplements, which are being advertised as completely natural and safe. Thermogenic supplements, as well as natural herbs and extracts like Hoodia Godonii and Bitter Orange are all under the scanner for the damage they can potentially cause to the body's vital organs and processes, including liver and heart functions. All in all, do not feel safe with a supplement just because it claims to be 'herbal.' The FDA itself recommends that people should only trust a given brand and product after consulting a qualified physician.

The Verdict

Essentially, all the supposed benefits of weight loss supplements are not the product of some magic formula. They can all be exploited by simply following a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise for about 2-3 hours a week and a regulated diet. In other words, if you are looking at ways to boost your metabolism or suppress your untimely hunger pangs, the choices are not sweating it out in a gym 10 hours a week or popping a pill. There is a healthy middle-course that even the busiest person in the world will be able to find time for. So, what's the final verdict? Considering the potentially damaging side-effects of weight loss supplements, the dubious information and mis-information about them, and their largely unimpressive real benefits, they are best avoided. Instead, try to target a truly natural way to lose weight fast and easy - it works!
