A healthy body is acquired through good diet and a healthy lifestyle. There is a lot to consider when we talk about a healthy lifestyle. The food you eat, the activities you do, the stress or happiness in your life, these are just some of the things to consider about a healthy lifestyle.

Firstly, lets look at the food we eat every day. How often do you eat vegetables and fruits? If you answered the question with yes, then that is a good start to maintaining a healthy body and can help as part of your weight loss program. If your answer is once a week or barely once every two weeks, then we have a problem here. Fruit and vegetable consumption is a good source of helping to maintain a healthy body, cooked and prepared in the correct manner, they can form the basic foundations of your weight loss diet. One of the many fruits you can easily add into your diet and weight loss programs is Pineapple. Now like I said in the video, Isabel and myself have no fancy pills or gimmicks to sell you, just good proven, easy to use and maintain tips to aid you in your healthy living and diet routine.
Being a tropical plant, pineapple has its own distinct balance of flavour; it is the reason why the demand for pineapple fruit is increasing. Known for its high nutrition content, pineapple is also one of the herbal medicines range.

Similarly, this fruit is associated in weight management. Studies and research has been conducted to prove this hypothesis. But how does pineapple works in losing weight? What are the properties that make it distinct? How does it help a person be with their dream weight?
Basically, pineapple is a known source for Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and especially Vitamin C. These vitamins are needed by the bodies systems to improve the proper function of the body's organs. Thus, a healthy body has high metabolism, which is responsible for burning calories. Moreover, a well-nourished body keeps the system maintain tip-top shape. As a result, the body keeps the energy levels high.

Secondly, pineapple contains an enzyme, known as bromelain, which allows protein to be digested by the body. This enzyme's purpose is to allow the protein to work in the building of muscles. Moreover, it improves digestion and along with pectin it expels bloating. Greater muscle mass gives the body its ability to burn off more fats. As a result, excess pounds are reduced, aiding in your diet plan. On its calorie value, pineapple contains 40 calories per medium slice. Amazingly, it has no fats. Similarly, pineapple is rich in fiber. Known for making full, fiber serves as micro brushes on the stomach wall to remove building up of toxins. It cleanses the digestive tract. Fiber is a great way to aid indigestion and fights constipation. Thus, toxins and waste materials are flushed out of the system.

Furthermore, pineapple contains natural sugar. Although sugar is one of the culprits in weight gain, these natural sugars are enough to suppress the appetite and fight cravings. It can be recommended to eat pineapple slices before a meal to control the appetite. Yes, it is effective because of its flavor which makes the taste of any food, even water, appear bland.

Surprisingly, eating a pineapple slice daily is a very nutritious way to improve the immune system and benefits from its natural antioxidants which improves skin elasticity and fights premature aging. Although the removal of its pulp or skin is a small task, it is better to eat fresh pineapple than those which passed the manufacturing procedures, such as tinned pineapple pieces. The latter would have a lesser nutrition value compared with fresh pineapple. Simply stated, fresh pineapples can help you lose more weight than processed pineapple can.

But consuming fruits or vegetable alone is not healthy. Remember the food pyramid, your meal should contain a part carbohydrate, protein, calcium and many other minerals. A healthy lifestyle means eating healthy foods. Overeating, skipping a meal, or even eating incomplete meals are examples of eating habits which should not be maintained.
