It is popular to eat fresh vegetables and fruits now because people think that they are green and nutritional. How to eat these foods in a more nutritional and safer way? Today, I will give you some introductions.

The benefits of raw fruits and vegetables are attributed to detoxification, beauty, weight loss, blood pressure lowering and immune system strengthening. It is true that raw eating could keep the vitamin C and B vitamins in fruits and vegetables, because these vitamins are water soluble and they are easily destroyed by cooking. Compared with poultry, eggs and milk, the raw seafood is relatively more secure and nutritional. Raw eating deep sea fishes could keep more nutrients. For example, the healthy unsaturated fatty acids in salmon will be destroyed under high temperature. It should be reminded that seafood and fish often contain cold-resistant bacteria. Eating raw shellfish will cause the occurrence of food poisoning and intestinal infectious diseases. The uncooked meat and eggs are easy to breed bacteria, so it is better to cook before eating. Milk should be boiled for three to five minutes.
