Two Types Of Belly Fat That Kill!

There are two types of fat that you have in your abdominal area.The first type that covers up your abs from being visible is called subcutaneous fat and lies directly beneath the skin and on top of the abdominal muscles.

Visceral fat is the second form of fat and this type is formed deeper in the ab region under your muscles and coating your organs. It is this form of visceral fat that forms the majority of the pot belly that nestles over the belly but feel hard when you poke it.

Neither type of fat is healthy however visceral fat is the most dangerous. Both of them dramatically raise the chances of you gaining cancer and other degenerative disaease.

Part of the reason visceral fat is particularly dangerous is that it apparently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body on a consistent basis.

If you care about the quality of your life and your loved ones, reducing your abdominal fat should be one of your TOP priorities!. The issue just can't be denied. Of course the natural side effect of losing your belly fat will be the exposure of your six pack.
