It is a good idea whenever possible to include either a humidifier or air purifier in space if you feel that there is not a lot of natural moisture in the air. Keeping the air clean and moist can help quite a bit. How much you spend and what type of machine is a matter of personal preference.

Honey is a great natural product to consider. This tasty indulgence will help coat your throat as you swallow it down. Most people find it helpful to consume up to two teaspoons on a regular basis. Often, twice a day is most beneficial.

For those who have a sweet tooth it is important to keep in mind you should limit the amount of sugar that you taking on a daily basis. Eating sweet confections is known to agitate the condition. It is also important that you not eat your meals too late at night as this to may affect your ability to sleep soundly.
