When we get up every morning, we often feel thirst. A cup of water could help relieve thirst and even lose weight. Here I will tell you how to choose the correct water to drink every morning.

Boiled water: It is the best choice to drink a cup of boiled water for ordinary physique people, which is helpful in detoxifying and losing belly fat. Honey water: It is not suitable for drinking in the morning but suitable before going to bed. Drinking honey water in the morning with empty stomach is easy to make the body more acidic. And it may result in gastric or duodenal ulcer because of too much stomach acid. But honey could cure constipation and nourish skin. Honey is rich in magnesium, which can regulate psychology, eliminate tension, and reduce stress. At the same time it is rich in B vitamins with a soothing effect, so it is recommended that women can drink honey water before bed at night.

The worst choice I think is to drink fruit juice or coke, because they contain sugar, fat and protein, which need to be digested and absorbed. It will increase the burden to intestine and stomach.
