3 Easy But Delicious HCG Diet Recipes To Cook

'Cravings' and 'urges' are the part and parcel of any diet plan. If you are following the HCG diet protocol, it requires you to stringently follow the very low calorie diet of 500 calorie per day for a span of 40 days. This might become difficult to follow, after a few initial days. Any deviation from the VLCD will result in lesser weight loss, which is totally undesirable. Oriental Ginger Chicken:
Chicken breast-100 grams
Chicken broth or water- 1/4 cup
Lemon juice-4 tbsp
Orange zest-1/4 tsp
Fresh ginger-1/2 tsp
Chopped onion-2 tbsp
Stevia - As per taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Take a saucepan, sautchicken while changing sides constantly in lemon juice and water until light brown. Then add salt, spices and ginger. Stevia is optional add it if you want sugary taste, cook it for 10 minutes Add water as required garnish it with orange or lemon slices.
Grilled Chicken Salad:
Organic chicken breast-100 gm
Garlic-1/4 tsp
Pinch of sweet basil
Pinch of thyme
onion-Chopped coarsely
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spinach-50 gram


Marinate chicken with the seasoning on both the sides. Place it on a nonstick grill, cook it for 4-5 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Wash the spinach and cut it into small pieces now mix all ingredients in a big bowl. Your mouth watering chicken salad is ready to serve.
Brazilian Shrimp:
Olive Oil nonstick spray
garlic paste-1 tsp
Onion- I small Chopped
Cilantro-2 tbsp (minced)
Lemon juice-1/2 cup
salt and Pepper to taste
2 lbs shrimp

Preheat your broiler. Line your baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray olive oil on it. Take a bowl add limejuice, onion, garlic, cilantro pepper and salt. Spray some olive oil on the shrimp. Broil the shrimp on both the sides for two minutes. Add shrimp to the bowl mixture and toss it.
