A type blood: vegetarianism and proper exercise
Different from O blood type, people of A blood type have less secretion of gastric acid, which makes their ability of meat digestion relatively poorer than other types. If they take in a large number of meats but could not digest, it is easy to transform into fat and store in body to cause obesity. In the aspect of diet, they can digest any kind of delicious food, no matter meat or vegetables. For those who want to lose weight, they'd better eat small meals frequently and keep good mood.

AB type blood: balanced diet and simple cooking
People of AB type blood have complex and contradictory physiques. They can adapt to the changes of diet and environment, but their digestive systems are sensitive. So they are easy to get fat. Those foods people of A type blood and B type blood could not eat are also not suitable for people of AB type blood. However, they could eat more animal protein and avoid dairy products which could store fat easily. Thus, people of this type should mainly eat tofu, eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, with less dairy products and meat to lose weight.

O type blood: more meat and less cereal
Because of containing more tartaric acid, the digestive ability of this kind of people is also very strong and they have responding immune system to surplus food. The most necessary food for them is animal protein such as meat and fish. They'd better eat lean meat and oily fish. They are not easy to digest dairy products, beans, noodles and cereal, which is also the final reason leading them to fat. Therefore, their supper should avoid rice and drink less milk every day. But they have to take the right amount of calcium a day to supplement the shortage of calcium. The balanced intake of fruits and vegetables could help maintain body acid-base balance.
