3 Remedies For Morning Sickness During Pregnancy!

Author : Dimon Privlov

Tired of getting up from the bed and feeling sick every single day? Can't take these sickness attacks during the day when you are at work or enjoying your free time? Here I'll talk about 3 remedies for morning sickness during pregnancy that already helped thousands of women to relieve morning sickness and get back to their normal life without spending too much time with the head in the toilet.

Have you ever tried to eat your food cold? It sounds discussing but I can almost guarantee you it won't trigger morning sickness and you won't throw up this meal. Do you know why? Because strong food odors will make you sick when you are pregnant. Cold food has a very weak smell, if at all, and it you won't feel nauseous after that. Try it!

Another thing that triggers morning sickness is caffeine and I recommend you to avoid it. Not only the coffee and the chocolates, but also the regular tea you are drinking every morning. Get a not caffeinated tea, there a lot of sorts so it won't be a problem to pick one, and replace the regular tea with the not caffeinated one.

Staffing your stomach to the limit will make you run to the toilet again. But you still need to eat a lot of food because you are pregnant and also hungry, so what is the solution? The solution is much simpler then you think - eat a lot of small meals during the day and you can also snack between then. Instead of eating 3 times a day - eat 7 times a day. I don't say that every meal has to look like a regular meal you are used to. A meal can be also an apple with some cookies, milkshake, energy snack, granola - I think you are getting the point.
