You call an electrician when you need any electrical work done. Electricians are qualified, insured and licensed and are the people for the job. Electricians have many years of experience and have carried out this type of work everyday. If you need any extra outlets for your plugs, the you'd better call an electrician. When your lights at home start to flicker it is time to call an electrician.

Any outdoor electrical work that needs doing, a professional must be called in. outdoor electricity does require specialised treatment as with any electricity, it is dangerous if it isn't treated properly and with care.

You may have old unsafe wiring in your home, and need the whole house made safe. The wiring needs to be done by a professional and the work needs to reach the housing code requirements. Your fridge may surge the power when it is turned on, there wont be any point in trying to work that one out yourself, call an electrician.

A fuse could be repeatedly blowing or a circuit breaker could be tripping, this could be a danger to you and your home or business so get this sorted straight away to prevent anything bad happening.

It is horrible to think about but most electrical fires are started because homeowners dont think there electrical problem is as serious as it is. If it had been checked by a qualified , professional electrician, it may not of come to a house fire. So get any electrical problem your worried about looked at by a professional. It will be a lot cheaper to call an electrician for advice then to risk your home burning down and / or human injury. It is better to sort out these problems sooner rather than later.

If you have frayed wiring, house lighting dimming unexpectedly, flickering lights, arching or any plans to have anything electrical upgraded. Call an electrician that will keep you and your home safe.

Qualified electrician are not only needed for houses with old wiring. When a new building is built an electrician is a crucial part of that plan. They will need to draw up a blue print for the builders to show them where the electrical wiring will need to go. The things that the electrician needs to take into consideration are things like, if there is going to be air conditioning, an electric cooker, what kind of heating will be needed. The electrician will need to know what wiring and where the wiring will be going all around the new building.

Make sure you get an estimate before anybody starts any work.
