What Is Emotional Freedom Technique And How Can It Stop Lip Biting

Lip biting is a tough habit to stop. It's difficult when you are trying to stop your lip biting habit, more often when you take pleasure out of nibbling the skin. Think about this for a second...were you designed to bite yourself? It is just through your conditioning that you have acquired this habit. For that reason, you can take the same principles to unlearn it or switch it with a new healthy habit. You are best to try and unlearn the habit or eradicate it from your brain thoroughly. This will take some time, but can be done using Chinese Acupuncture techniques. The Emotional Freedom Technique works by subconscious repatterning that removes the relationship between stress and the emotional reaction of lip biting. As soon as you catch yourself lip biting you should perform EFT. Go to some place quiet or private if you feel uncomfortable tapping in public.

You should have everything you need to perform EFT. Either you or somebody else should tap on your pressure points with your hands/fingers.
