Studies have shown that suggest tea drinkers have low blood pressure. They also suggest that lowers cholesterol and aids in the prevention of heart disease. In fact, black tea is known to lower the bad cholesterol. Lastly, tea will benefit heart disease patients.

The second major health benefit is tea's aid in preventing and treating cancer. Green tea can help stem esophageal cancer. Green and black tea has been known to prolong the spread of prostate cancer. In addition, green tea has been known to may lower the risk of stomach cancer. Lastly, tea, in general, will aid cancer caused by smoking.

In addition , tea is known to help the prevention of the following health problems:

1) Green tea may decrease the risk of hypertension.

2) Tea is believed to boost the human body's overall protection.

3) An component of green tea will help kill Leukemia cells.

4) Drinking tea has shown it will delay Alzheimer's disease.

5) Tea might play a role in treating AIDS.

In the end, tea has made known its ability to help the human body in various aspects of human health. Tea is most known for its ability to aid in the prevention and/or treatment of different cancers, diseases, and other health-related problems. Hot or cold, it is now a known fact that tea will greatly aid the human body. Lastly, the antioxidants in tea are, in large part, the source of the benefits. Why do you think the Japanese consistently drink such a large amount of tea?
