Here are the most common causes of panic and anxiety in people today:

1. Money:
Money (or the lack of it) is the root cause of why people have anxiety attacks today. Imagine for a moment the stress people are under to make enough just to buy food and then wonder if their other checks are doing to bounce. What will happen now if a family member gets sick? Or what if an accident happens and hospitalization is required? Attempting to figure out how to pay for all this medical treatment can be a huge cause of anxiety to just about any normal person. You can also picture yourself as someone who just started a new business that required a huge capital investment.

2. Health:
We all know that our physical and mental health is the key to our own hapiness and well being. There are many health challenges that can happen to a person that can cause an anxiety attack to arise. For those of us that are much more advanced in our age, health problems can be a huge stressor in our lives and can cause anxiety attacks. Nothing can disturb their composure levels more than seeing their children bedridden due to a severe sickness or infection.

3. Education:
The pressure and stress to pick the right school to attend or get good grades can cause a panic attack in even the most well behaved young pupil. The pressure of getting those grades up and doing well on extra-curricular activities can also impose huge burdens to the lives of students. This isn't even getting into the fact that the cost of a college degree has been rising exponentially over the years.

4. Relationships:
Whether your dealing with a lover, friends or family, relationship can cause lots of anxiety in people and understandably so. Even if there is fighting among family members that can cause lots of anxiety. Quarrels among lovers can bring depression. Then simple disagreements between friends can cause anxiety.

Knowing what causes anxiety in our lives gives us the ultimate preparation to manage it more properly. In the event that you may be suffering from anxiety attacks on a more frequent basis, then we strongly suggest a reputable treatment program.
