A Six Pack Abs Guide Just For You

What would a custom six pack guide do for your abs? It would be so much easier if you had a plan made for you that would get you the six pack that you want. A simple to follow guide is exactly what I needed to get me out of a rut and onto the road to the six pack that I now have. It isn't possible for me to give you a six pack guide here, but at the end of the article, look for a nice little surprise. These three hints will get you going in the right direction.

Step #1 - Too much ab work will make you go backwards

I know this sounds crazy if you want to get a six pack, but trust me on this one. This was the biggest mistake that I was making before I knew any better. Most of the time spent working your abs is time wasted because ab exercises do not burn enough calories by themselves to give you the metabolic response that you need to lose fat. So, you might be building some killer abs doing all of those sit ups and crunches, but they will never be visible through the fat on your belly!

Step #2 - Stay off of the treadmills

This goes against what all of the experts say, but it will get you results. Instead of spending 45 minutes doing steady state cardio on a treadmill or elliptical, spend 20 minutes doing a more intense, full body workout. Not only will you burn more fat, you will build muscle as well. And, the shorter, more intense workout will continue to burn calories long after you are done working out, unlike the steady state cardio.

Step #3 - What you eat matters

This step is not nearly as controversial, but it is every bit as important. No matter how intense your workouts are, and no matter how often you do them, without a proper, balanced diet, you will never get a six pack. I could never get through even the most important eating rules in a short article like this, so I recommend you find a program that teaches you not only what to eat but why to eat it.

Follow these three tips and find a six pack guide(see below for what I used) and you will have that six pack in no time.
