The new take on this old practice means moneymaking opportunities for those who are already used to hunting for just the right gifts for their own family members. Clients who need personal shoppers can range from those who just hate shopping to people who are confined to their homes due to illness or disability. An Internet search can give you advice on becoming a personal shopper, including how to calculate charges to cover not only your time but also overhead costs such as gas prices.
How much you can make at any activity depends to a large extent on how much thought and energy you put into researching your method. With careful planning, though, you can generate enough money to make your time and effort well worthwhile.
