However, a few businesses don't believe an internet connection to be classed as "Broadband" unless it operates faster than 256 kbps. Also, some organizations will only class an internet connection as "Broadband" if it always stayed connected. This means that, as long as the user doesnt have to "Dial-up" to make the connection every time that it is used, then that is classed as broadband.
