The key to reduce fat is a combination of proper diet and appropriate exercising. And of course both exercise and diet depends on the type of your body. It is important to, first learn to strictly say no to salt, sugar and other fatty foods. And do not eat food late in the night.

The other tip to reduce your fat, is by following a proper eating habit, eat four to five small meals every day, instead of eating two to three large meals. When you eat small meals there is no chance of food getting deposited as fat in your body, as these would be used as energy during your physical activity by your body. The other option is that you can also include the Acai berry in your diet, as this fruit is considered to have the most concentration of antioxidants in them, which helps you to lose weight in a natural way. You can consume the berry as it is or buy frozen ones from the supermarket. There are no side effects in using an Acai berry product.

Therefore by following this fat loss system of choosing the exercises which suits your body and following an appropriate diet and consuming them in small proportions, will help you to reduce the fat and also keep you healthy and fit for years to come.
