Xbox 360 Red Circle Fix

Author : ken benjamin

If you are thinking about methods to repair your Xbox 360 on your own because you wouldn't prefer to sit and wait around for weeks or maybe months while your Xbox 360 is in the shop, then you've come to the correct place!

One of the worst things that you hope will never happen when youre at a critical level in a game is for it to suddenly crash. You can take my word for it or not, but this happens alot.

First thing i did when my xbox 360 broke initially was to call up microsoft, and i wish i could get those 2 hrs back that i spent on the phone on hold. I found out my warranty expired so i would have to cover the complete costs of shipping and repairs. I knew from my friends experience with Microsoft that this can take months, and so I wasn't able to wait around that long.
Out of frustration i discovered that there were things i could try to fix my xbox 360 before deciding to hand over it in.:

1. Usually people have their xbox 360 sitting inside a closed space, and this is something that should be avoided at all cost. The console needs room to breath and pick up some colder air instead of circulated warm air.

2. The power brick is a very important part of the xbox 360 and handles alot of the electricity so it gets hot genuinely quick. It completely needs some cool air so you will need to keep the xbox off the ground so that cooler air can enter through the intake and cool down the power brick.

3. If possible you could potentially try positioning a fan directly at your xbox 360 intake so that it can cool down the system. It could also get rid of any dust build-up which may be adding to the overheating situation.

If none of the fixes above work, you are still in luck as there exists some great guides accessible that will quickly and without any guess work walk you step-by-step through the process of fixing your Xbox 360 on your own. While i was still dealing with my xbox 360 headache and searching for an answer i tested out 3 different products that promised to help me fix my xbox by myself. During my testing, i discovered that only the one of them was able to produce what it promised. And i was ready to repair my xbox 360 red ring of death in under 2 hours after i got the guide.

Now my xbox 360 is working perfectly again, and as i tested those 3 products i put the results on my xbox 360 red ring of death blog for everybody to see. That way you may without any problems follow what i did to fix mine, and get back to gaming.
