3. Just dropping the sugar from your diet can help you lose weight quickly. Make sure that you stay away from it all together if you want to lose weight quickly. This means no sugar in your coffee, on your cereals, or eating that candy bar! This is one of the best natural weight loss.

4. You can spend 2 weeks in intensive aerobic and strength exercise. This will require you to spend more than an hour each day working out. I don't mean taking a stroll. I mean intensive cardio routines such as running, rowing, cycling, swimming, or hiking. The more intense the better.

5. Taking multivitamins is important if you start any kind of diet program. It gives you insurance while you are making changes to food habits. Taking calcium supplement also ensures that your target to lose 10 pounds does not leave you short of micronutrients adding benefits to your experience.

6. Eat breakfast. While it may seem that skipping breakfast is a smart way of eliminating some excess calories from your day, it actually is a true metabolism killer! Eating first thing in the morning will shake your body awake, and out of overnight fasting (hence the word break-fast).
