The light from the lamp penetrates the teeth and allowing oxygen to flow in, and makes the process much faster. It requires three sessions of twenty minutes each and ends with a five- minute fluoride treatment.
4Laser Treatments: For those with sensitive teeth, the best option would be to go for laser treatments. Chemicals, bleaches or other tooth whitening gels are used to a minimum and it prevents harming your gums, lips and inner parts of the mouth. It may just require about two or three sittings depending upon the intensity of the problem, and yet is very affordable.
5Commercial Products: If you do not have the time or inclination to go for professional whitening treatments and are looking for some faster and quick way to your problem, then you can use some of the tooth-whitening products available in drugstores. The indications and processes are mentioned on the cover or lid and you need to follow them regularly. However, you should remember that most of these products use high amount of bleach and prolonged use can harm your tooth enamel. Also if you find that a particular stain is persistent on your teeth even after persistent use of bleach then it may be that you have a medical problem and you need to consult the doctor immediately.
