Doctor suggests that people should eat a least five fruits and vegetables a day. World Health Organization experts think that eating five-a-day can enough to prevent cancer and other chronic diseases In 1990 So, how to choose these five fruits and vegetables?

Five-a-day, the most popular fruit and vegetables which people eat as part of their daily diet may not be the healthiest.Do you have a habit of eating five-a-day? Good for you, but are they the right five-a-day?

Researchers say we should throw away carrots and oranges but buy some sweet-potatoes and papaya instead.

They also say the most favourite fruits and vegetables are not always good for us. Rather than making up our five-a-day with foods that we familiar with, we should broaden our taste and stock up on kale and blueberries, sweet potatoes and papaya as well so that we can not only appreciate the variety but also get more nutrition from our favoutite foods.

They say that although carrots are rich in beta-carotene - a building block of flu-fighting vitamin A - sweet potatoes contain nearly twice as much.Similarly, while it is easy to start the day with a glass of orange juice, a handful of papaya contains 15 times more beta-cryptoxanthin-another vitamin A building block.

A senior healthy expert from USA point out that although it was well know that many people do not eat enough fruit and vegetables, even those who ate the recommended five-a-day could do better.

This figure stress that the importance of not only the quantity but the significant impact that quality and variety of the fruits and vegetables can have. But he also said that 'No food is a super food if it is not part of a healthy, varied and balanced diet.

So, my friends, in order for your health and your family health, we should do something and eat something that good for our body, and please eat junk food and fast food as least as possible. If you have free time, do exercise and keep a good lifestyle! Do not drink and smoke id not necessary.
