2. Start a membership site and charge a monthly fee for people to join it. If you want to actively moderate your membership site you should start a discussion forum and provide a real value to people in it.
One example I saw recently was of a guy who was a college tennis player. He began to create videos on different aspects of improving your tennis game.
He then created a membership site and archived the videos for existing members. He continues to add new videos on a regular basis and has built his site and over 600 paid members.
Another thing you can do is offer coaching to your members only. This is for people who would like to have a little more special attention and you might package this just at an hourly rate.
I've seen this happen in affiliate marketing, article marketing, and email marketing. However any membership site that a person would want additional training on a one-on-one basis can be turned into a coaching program.
