Do Not Give Your Sport Hour Up!

Author : Andrew Raw

Have you ever thought how important an hour of sport can be? And not just to help you consume the excess calories, but simply to get endorphins and serotonin. Surely you heard of "good hormones"! If you are looking for happiness, the key is you! An hour of sports does not mean you have to kill yourself striving for performance

An hour of sport must mean something very nice, because it is not a chore. Take a walk in the park. The fresh air will energize you and make you feel better! The cellulite that appeared under the skin of your buttocks (especially if you spend countless hours in a seat at the office) will go away easily and steadily. Keep this in mind and you will be ready for another exhausting day, which you know will surely come.

One hour of movement can mean simply vacuuming your room or dusting at night, with the window open, even when you are so tired that you do not want to do anything but to throw yourself in the bed and watch TV!

Here are some ways you can make physical training a pleasure for you. Find out how to look forward for the next day of exercising, to getting dressed in your sports equipment and working out.

Breathe deeply while you change into your training equipment

The truth is that often you rush things. As you are busy every day, you run to the fitness center or the park and you already feel exhausted when you get there. Control your breathing while you get ready to work out. Slowly breathe in through your nose and let the air out slowly through your mouth. This will calm you down. In doing so, you will stimulate the circulation of oxygen and the removal of carbon dioxide. Thus you will feel energized and invigorated.

Drink some water

Studies have shown that people that are hydrated are best able to carry out to three times more exercise than those who do not drink enough fluids. You get tired really fast if you are dehydrated. So it is advisable to drink at least 16 ounces of water thirty minutes before you start working out.

Before you begin, make a short recap of your program

Get used to writing down your full exercise program and re-read it before you start working out. You will be a lot more motivated and you will also save lots of time. Here is a 50 minutes example of a written workout routine: "Today I will do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on the elastic band, 15 minutes of strength exercises for arms and thighs, and five minutes of stretching".

Do you remember what was written on the panel at the entrance of the gym at your school? "A healthy mind in a healthy body." These words are more than magical, believe me!
