Trim Belly Fat - How To Lose Fat Using The Calorie Shifting Fat Reduction System

If you have ever wanted to trim belly fat while still consuming as much food as you wish, and have it from each of the 4 main food groups, then calorie shifting may be worthy of consideration.

Shifting calories is no "magic weight loss system however. It is a diet theory based on the cocnept that you could eliminate belly fat simply by alternating the way you group divergent food groups together at each meal, from one meal after another.

- You don't need to reduce your intake.
- You don't need to reduce carbs from your diet.
You don't need to track calories, carbs, or anything.
- By its very nature, calorie shifting can be categorized as a qualitative diet loss system, not a quantitative one. By simply grouping your meals in such a way that certain nutrients are ingested at certain times, you can intentionally initiate fat burning. What transpires is that you end up creating a caloric shockwave through your system, since you'll be eating less calories at some meals, more calories at others. And you are ingesting and suppressing specific nutrients from the body in an obscure pattern.

Shifting calories is a highly system to trim belly fat fairly quickly. So much so that the "shock treatment" that this weight loss regimen causes can render extreme fat loss under the proper circumstances. If the weight loss regimen is followed properly, you can expect to lose as much as 1 pound every twenty-four hours!

The manner in which the Calorie Shifting Diet functions is that you alternate the categories of calories which you have, from one meal to another. In other words, you may have a diverse array of differing foods from every one of the four major food groups. And you may have each of them in unlimited quantity without counting calories and carbohydrates. The only "catch", in all of this, is that you have to separate out the foods from each food group and have them in different sets at specified times of each day. For example, you might eat from the bread and meat groups at one meal, but at the next meal you might have only dairy, and then the next meal must consist of vegetables and dairy at the next. And this grouping is continually changing, day by day, from one meal to another.

What this basically achieves for you is a phased methodology for triggered burning of fat. The body reacts to the absence of one nutrient by tapping into its fat stores. And then you abruptly reintroduce the suppressed nutrient from your diet by the time the fat burning has already kicked in. But before the human body has an opportunity to "recover" and revert back to a "normal" metabolism, you would then withhold a different nutrient, and the human body will be able to sustain its fat burning mode because it now recognizes the absence of that nutrient.

So basically what you are doing is inducing a fat burning cycle, not by cutting out one nutrient of your diet like carbs, but by just engaging in bouts of nutritional deprivation in short microbursts, just long enough to trigger fat burning, but not long enough to truly deprive you of the important nutrients that you need in order to sustain a healthy diet.
