A Way To Quit Smoking All Tobacco Cigarettes

There are many methods to quit smoking but only a few work. The patch may work for a while but sooner or later the smoker returns to holding the familiar cigarette that is part of the habit. There is one exception and that is the electronic cigarette.

The electronic cigarette or e-cig works simply using a battery, an atomizer, and a cartridge filled with a liquid nicotine solution. Inhaling the cig sends a signal to the atomizer, a heating element inside of the cig. The liquid nicotine solution is quickly heated when the atomizer is signaled and produces a safer vapor that resembles smoke.
Because the electronic cigarette works completely different than the traditional tobacco cigarette it has many great advantages. Every time you inhale a tobacco cigarette deadly chemicals and carcinogens fill your lungs. The electronic cigarette vaporizes a liquid nicotine based solution which is a much healthier process that tobacco burning. The electronic cigarette does not fall into No Smoking Bans since the vapor does not fall in that unhealthy class. Now you can have an E-cig inside the bar, restaurant and space of your choice knowing you are taking better care of your body by reducing the tobacco smoking affect.
The electronic cigarette has other benefits besides reducing the harmful chemicals and carcinogens while quitting tobacco smoking. E-cigs have a pleasant faint smell compared to the pungent stink of regular smokes, do not stain teeth like tobacco that requires a whitening paste to deal with the tar discolorations and no fire threat since there is no flame compared to the number of fires caused by careless smokers.
