The Internet has opened up massive opportunities for many entrepreneurs to make money online. The beauty of the Internet can afford people with little to no business acumen to develop an idea online that can make it possible for them to conquer an entire niche.
Unfortunately the Internet is a constantly dynamic medium, and strategies, advice, and techniques that may have made money a few years ago, or even months previously may no longer be relevant to this constantly dynamic medium.
There are a number of companies and individuals who are relying on the naivety of many Internet entrepreneurs, and stay at home moms who are looking for additional income by making money online, rather like a donkey being tricked with a carrot in order to cause it to move the cart, these people sell the illusion of making money online easily, and on a regular basis by dangling the potential of making vast amounts of money with little or no work involved. Of course they tend to keep this money making opportunity a closely guarded secret, and will only release this gem of an opportunity by the potential victim joining their online money making system, which could be a constantly recurring monthly fee, and the chances of cancellation are made difficult to say the least.
Their sole weapon in tricking many individuals into signing up for their money making opportunities is the simple desperation many are facing especially in these harsh economic times, with the downturn in the global economy, and many parts of the world recovering from the recession from sub prime loans.
They are so skilled into making vulnerable and desperate individuals sign up to their money making schemes, that even though many people on the Internet are well versed with the phrase "if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't", the fact that they may not understand the medium of the Internet in which they are being given a hard sales pitch, coupled with their desperation they may simply contemplate signing up.
One of the classic ways these money making scam works is by telling the potential victim straight off the bat the amounts of money they could make thereby fuelling their greed, there is no explanation of what it is the system involves, or that the system itself is not a system but the entire process of paying a monthly recurring fee, is the privilege of being told that they have to find other people who are willing to pay that same monthly recurring fee for the first set of victims to have any chance of recuperating their money back.
This is the money making opportunity in it's entirety, but of course all of these details are never revealed to the potential victim, because in retrospect if they had known any of this before signing up they would have realised that this is no better than a Ponzi scheme or a Multi Level Matrix (MLM) Pyramid where the only people who stand a chance of making any money are the people who have instigated the scam, because whoever signs up later on, regardless of the professed amounts they will make, eventually more naive victims have to be found in order to recoup their money and vice-versa, to the extent that the pyramid will eventually collapse.
