It is advised to wake up early in the morning so that you have ample time with you to manage all the household jobs well in good time. Give a proper time to your breakfast. It'll make you feel active and also help you maintain general fitness. All this will ensure that once you reach your office, you reach without any tensions and troubles and thus remain stress free.
