A good black mold removal service can remove all the stains, keeps mold off for three to four years, works on asphalt or fiberglass roof shingles with a one spray application, does not damage roof shingles or plants, and leaves the roof looking like new. It will even help air conditioning work more efficiently.
Your commercial roofing is one of the most important assets that your business has, but chances are that it is being overlooked. Now is a good time to consider whether your business’ roof may soon need to be replaced. If it doesn’t, then you should be considering what you’re going to do to make sure it lasts as long as possible.
