Biceps and Triceps everybody wants amazing arms, right, so what's the problem.
Well no one seems to want the discipline that goes along with the training. So if your tired being in the group that wants much but will not work for anything then by all means continue to read. Biceps and Triceps appear to be two muscle that just pop at you when you see another person that has them.

Biceps by themselves want solve the problem and triceps by themselves want get it either. But put the two together and you have a beautiful picture of the human structure.

I have seen many people struggle in the area of getting great arms. So what is the problem, not enough focus or just not any focus at all? The reason I say that is simple both the biceps and the triceps are small muscles by comparison to the rest of the muscle structure. The bicep of course is the smaller of the two.

The reason I say no focus or little focus is unless you have a large amount of body say above 15% the bicep and triceps should stand out if you are making any real effort at all towards toning.

If you have a large body fat percentage then you need some different help not mentioned in this article. For Help on that just go here The Results Now. If you have no problem with body fat then continue on. First is to make the bicep and triceps larger. This process can take time due to the fact it will take tearing the arms down and allowing them to rebuild. Focus heavy on isolation exercises; I know some say you need compound exercises. Unless you are already a beast or wanting to become a beast this is just not needed. Now if you do want to get excessive gains go to our link below. Bicep Beast.
For the rest of the world keep your exercises focused and isolated. For example: curls, preacher seat, curl bar, bicep machine for your biceps. Triceps, nose crushers, pull downs wide and close and a really good triceps machine
